issue after update with retail lots...

Hi i'm jessica and since the most recent update (september 18th 2025) all retail lots mostly trendi when i go to the thirft store and try to create a trendi outfit once i return to game i get a last expection and once my sim returns home everything disappears from her inventory. this is not a mod or CC issue i have checked everything. i really hope they fix things

this is beyond frustrating..

    Hi autumnsplays​ 

    I have issues understanding what you mean by trendy and retail lots.

    Could you please post the actual lastException you're getting ? Make sure you remove all your mods/cc as only reports for vanilla game are accepted in the bug forum.

    Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

    • Create a backup of your save game
    • Move your mods folder to the desktop
    • Delete the following files from your user folder.
      • localthumbcache
      • Any lastException Files
      • Any LastCrash files.
    • Test on the backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

    Once you have done that, check if you still get a lastException and if so, open the file in a text editor and copy/paste the content.
