They really need to stop messing with stuff like lot challenges where they get rid of this...

Ever since the burglar update, this button in Build Mode keeps flashing. I have looked at the new lot challenge.
Just like the occult picker, I understand it is new but neither need to flash every time once the player has already clicked on it to see that it is new.
