Everytime I go to edit a lot it completely deletes and is gone. I have repaired my game and it still does it. I don't have any Mods or cc. So it's not that. I can't edit any lot without it being automatically deleted or bulldozed to a blank lot. Please fix!!! Can't play. And game is glitching won't load then loads and run slow

Could you please provide the following information
- Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please pick a thread tag for that.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Did you have this issue on a new save as well or only a particular save?
This sounds like a know version of save corruption.
If you’re able to run DX11; have you tried playing on memory boost? Some people said that helps.

im using a pc and its new and old saves
Can you try the following:
- Make sure you make hidden Windows folders unhidden
- Open Windows Explorer to the following path in the background: C:\Users\<your windows user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\scratch
- If there's a scratch folder there, delete it. Leave the folder open
- Start the game. A new scratch folder should be created in that folder as well as a scratch folder with a number within that.
- Start a new save game
- Enter the folder scratch_<number> and check if there are lots of files created by the game or if that stays empty.
- Report back with the result for further steps
