Im having this issue and have no idea how to fix it. It's driving me crazy. I play on PC (laptop), no mods or CC, I have every single pack (aside from like 3 kits). I just want my sim couple to woohoo 😭
Take them into cas.fulleditmode and see if one or the other doesn't want woohoo.
