My game just managed to roll back to a much earlier save--- before I managed to solve the reboot problem any time a romantic interaction such as woohoo was in the works. The minute they did that weird arms-stretched out to the side thing, I took them into cas.fulleditmode, and altered Kayleigh's aversion to woohoo. So far, so good. I didn't have to remove their past relationship. (They have been together since their teens.) All seems well now. The only thing getting in their way is the fact they have newborn twins! Nothing like a crying baby to spoil the mood . . .
I would advise all who are having this annoying problem, to check the couple's attraction, specifically their woohoo choice.

That was the first thing I did and thought was the problem. But they where completly compatible in cas, romanticly, woohoo choices and with turn ons/offs. Their attraction and social compatibility are also great. It worked only after I made them break up with al the negative milestones that I don't want. Hoping the sims team can resolve this in the future. I tried to roll back but I discovered that I did a save as after they exchanged sweetheartrings, so I cant roll back. This was a inbetween safegame I kept playing because I got atched to my sims.

I found out some time after I posted the above that the bug did indeed, still exist. I went through the steps, using MCCC to delete their relationship, then restore it. It took me a minute (60 seconds) before I recalled they have to at least go on a date, have that first kiss, before you can advance their romance. Then, since that was taking more time than I wished for, I realized, wait, clear their marriages. Once I did that, I was able to restore them in CAS as spouses. You may have to do all of that, especially if their romance began when they were teens. Mine most certainly did. I hate these patch game-breaking bugs. I'm now on pause with my updates. I have been writing about this Sim save and my Sims antics for months, now.

I found a work around so my Sim does not get a negative milestone. And I don't have to use mods.
I moved Cassandra back in with her parents (the Goth's) Then I saved them to my library. (I didn't play with them before. So they didn't have many relationships. Only with my sims family.) Deleted the "old" household and put the Goths from the gallery back in to their house. (the family relationship from the Goth's is still as it should be, because Cassandra was in their household when I put them in the gallery) Now my sim only had to build the relationship with Cassandra and marry her again. He still has a fall in love and marriage milestone from before without a name (She also, but with his name), but no negative ones from breaking up. Now she is pregnant with their first child. And in my story telling they married twice because the first time the family wasn't able to attent the wedding.
It's not the way it should be, but it's a work around for now with no negative milestones and without mods.
English is not my native language. I hope you understand the way I did this. Console players should be able to use this work around too.
Still hoping the Simsteam is going to fix this bug in the future!
