i'm having the same issue right now and it's frustrating that there is still no fix for this... i thought it's one of my mods so i disabled them one by one and then all at once and it's still happening so it's not caused by them... my first gen of sims were just fine, then i played with their child that had a girlfriend as a teen and everything still worked, it wasn't until they aged up to young adult and i moved them to a new house that i noticed the romantic interactions resets both him and his gf like 80-90% of time
