I am having the same issue with a teen couple who aged up a few days apart from each other and is not able to woohoo or try for baby now that they are both young adults - I play on Mac, no mods.
I see it says that you are requesting more info. What information do you need? Can I provide any of the lastException.txt files or anything to help with the troubleshooting of this issue?
