same issue. i have all packs (aside from star wars & castle kit). teen sims were high school sweethearts & could mess around. one sim (not my household) aged up on their own & mine aged up the next day or two using cake on their birthday. had them get married. they can do other romantic actions (for the most part--if there are multiple actions it cancels sometimes), but they cannot woohoo or try for baby.
i've tried multiple locations (bed, shower, closet), i've checked their romance settings, removed mods (i only had mccc & some lil ms sam quality of life ones; both regularly update their mods), i repaired game, i moved them out of household & moved them back in, and i've tried to get them to woohoo on another lot. nothing works. the other sims couple in household can woohoo like normal. sometimes they do the little dance animation and other times the action disappears & they reset.
havent played high school sweethearts since pre lovestruck, which i've read other people started having this issue around that time. any help is appreciated! ty!
editing to add that i have cleared cache multiple times
