Do your Sims have romantic satisfaction ?
Mine do. They are very satisfied. Poor Erik, though. He's stuck in celebate mode. And they are married! Not what he signed up for, I'm sure.
I'm having the same problem, my sims do have romantic satisfaction, and their compatibility is great.
