I figured it out!! For anyone that is unable to use mc command center you have to cheat on your partner and break their romantic boundaries and they will autonomously break up with your sim. You’ll get a pop up saying that if you do it again they’ll break up with you. So do it again and they should automatically break up. It has to be with in viewing range of your partner so they know it’s happening.
