That started to happen to me once I bought For Rent! I wonder if it has to do with the corrupted file bug from FR.
I don't have FR because I wanted to avoid the bugs... started for me once I got BH! I had never had any issues with the game before (console user - xbox series x) so I was shocked when it started happening. Haven't been able to go back to the game since because I'm so frustrated about it. Will consider coming back and dropping more cash on the game once this gets addressed.
