Moveobjects (Moo) Causing items to disappear

I also have this issue.  I do not play with mods.  It happened a lot on a save file that I was using exclusively to do build/buy mode design of a non occupied residential lot many months ago.  I ended up giving up on the file.  I see people put stuff on the gallery that is incredibly packed with MOO items to the point that many things are not usable.  Yet I can't put a soap next to a sink in a realistic way without either the sink or the soap disappearing eventually.  I'm not sure what triggers the disappearances.  Recently I started trying to play this bugged out game again and that exact scenario (with sink/soap) happened.  This time it is me decorating an occupied residential that I'm also playing in. 
I also had a corner counter, a workshop pack repaired oven, and a sink/soap in the kitchen that were all side by side vanish.  I believe the sink had a cheated in soap on it.  The kitchen was still bare bones otherwise because I hadn't started decorating it yet and wanted something functional.

I'm still decorating the place as of this writing but I put the bathroom sink back and moved the soap to a non cheat placement on the other counter. I also put back the kitchen items without anything on them while I work on other areas.  I'm doing a lot of cheat placements elsewhere and play testing as I go.  Not sure if any other items have disappeared without me realizing yet or if it will happen again obviously.  It doesn't seem fair to me that I can't try to make things look more realistic but people somehow make these extravagant and buggy builds on the gallery all items intact.  

I really wanted to get into building awesome builds last year and this bug killed it for me.  Hoping it doesn't happen again...not optimistic.

EDIT: I'm not using debug objects at least in this current build.  I don't recall for certain in my go last year.
