Summary:
Since installing the latest patch alongside Royalty & Legacy, I have been experiencing repeatable instability related specifically to the Tartosa lot Villa Vigna (30x20, default Vacation Rental) when converting it to another lot type.
This issue did not occur in prior months/years of gameplay and has only appeared since the most recent update.
Steps Leading to Issue:
Start a save in Tartosa.
Convert Villa Vigna from its default Vacation Rental to another venue type (e.g., Residential or Museum).
Save and reload.
Enter and exit Build Mode or return to Manage Worlds.
Observed Behavior:
After conversion:
The world map may show the correct building but list the lot as “Residential Rental.”
Upon entering the lot, it sometimes resolves to the correct venue type.
Upon exiting back to Manage Worlds:
UI elements flicker or appear misaligned.
The soundtrack begins layering multiple tracks simultaneously.
The game crashes when unloading the lot.
In some cases, the game hard-freezes with audio still playing.
This behavior persists across multiple saves once that lot has been converted.
Cross-Save Findings:
In saves where Villa Vigna was never modified, it behaves normally.
In older saves where the lot had been changed from Vacation Rental to another type, similar instability occurs when entering/exiting the lot.
The instability appears tied to the lot instance after venue conversion.
Additional Anomalies Since Latest Patch:
Also observed (post–Royalty & Legacy):
Pop-ups stating items were removed from lots due to missing content, even on EA pre-made lots I have not modified, despite owning all 78 official packs.
Pop-ups stating “Move Objects was used” on lots (including my own builds) even though I have never used bb moveobjects.
Gallery timeout messages appearing even when saving locally (lot still saves successfully).
Notes:
No mods. No CC.
Issue began only after the most recent patch and installation of Royalty & Legacy.
Behavior appears related to lot-type conversion and zone state unloading.

Please investigate potential lot-type metadata desynchronization or rental-zone state issues affecting Villa Vigna in Tartosa following the latest patch.
The issue appears tied to converting Vacation Rental lots to other venue types and may be related to recent changes in zone or ownership systems.
