netherworld fissure stuck

Ok I used to have the On Hallowed Ground lot trait but removed it. Then I evicted my family and moved them back in. Today I checked my family inventory and saw the fissure so took it out, but now it's stuck on my kitchen floor. I was able to dig in once and get something but I really want it gone and cannot delete it. Travelling away from the lot and back did not remove it. I cannot put new flooring on it and if I put a rug on top it shows through.
