Yeah, they aged up on their birthday, no cheats on that. Can't remember about the third trait though, sorry. I'm not sure I wanna continue playing my household to see what happens, I'd rather first find a way to solve this issue. I'm not sure how to check the third trait on older sims that didn't get the graduation ceremony.
