not able to add hoildays

At first I thought it was an issue bc I play with mods, but it's still an issue after I took out all my mods It's not in the calendar in 2 of my saves, and when I try to add them, it won't add at all, and I don't understand why because I did not have this issue before the update on July 1st 2025
