i have no idea why but whenever i go onto a new lot, the loading screen doesn't end. i've tried just restarting my laptop, but now i can't open any of the saves anymore because of the loading screens. repairing the game did nothing, and neither did uninstalling and reinstalling the game. i can't access the 'Exit Game' option in the loading screen, and so each time i try (unsuccessfully) to launch the game, i have to shut down my entire laptop if i want to close the app
EDIT: i removed the Off The Grid lot challenge and it works fine now. very frustrating that this issue exists
I have the same issue, the loading screens when travelling between lots doesn't go away, the text in the loading screen changes but the game never fully loads the new lot. I had to exit by shutting down the computer since the game blocked task manager even. I've also tried reparing the game and uninstalling/installing again but nothing works
Hello, I have the same problem. I was trying to color a solar from the gallery and the loading screen does not finish. Also last night I was playing and tried to save the game to exit the game and the save screen never ended. I tried to repair the game but it did not work.
