Packs showing as deactivated in-game

Same issue. I have:

• Restarted computer and EA app
• Run App Recovery
• Uninstalled and reinstalled pack
• Repaired game

Hi! you have to go to marketplace then my collection then activate your packs 

Have you been able to fix it. Mine is doing the same thing .

I may have figured it out! If you go to the in game marketplace, click the “my collection” tab. Here you can see all of your expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs. Click on “pack selection” Find the ones that you are missing, they should say “deactivated”. Check the box on the deactivated packs and this should activate them. After this, you’ll be prompted to restart your game. After your game is restarted your packs should be ready to use in game! I hope this helps.

How did you activate them? Mine all say deactivated in marketplace as well :(

THIS! just happened to me and im still figuring this out for 4 hours now

I had a lot saved and when placed it said objects were missing even though packs were installed

I had bought a game pack lasting it says it downloaded in the ea but once i go to play it in the game it says download required but its already downloaded, i have uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working, i have done repairs nothing is seeming to work
