Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I removed my dlc one day (I do a let's play and was only playing with an handful) and I usually do a full uninstall of the sims and then a reinstall of certain packs. This time though I pressed the uninstall on all the packs I wanted gone and it went great; until I wanted to add packs back in. Every pack the came out between Get Famous to Horse Ranch is showing installed in the EA App but it's not showing up in the actual game. I tried deleting cache files. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing is working.

Yes R&L is deactivated.  How do I reload the game?

This is a video which is designed to help The Sims 4 players who have recently discovered that one or more of their DLC's, Stuff Packs has been disabled. Steam will say you never bought it, EA App will say its there and installed. It wont show up in game. No need to buy it again, just activate it - here is how!

sew58​  Does the content show in a new save?  If it doesn't, open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether the R&L and the kits are deactivated.  If they are, reenable them and reload the game.

If the packs are listed as not installed, let me know.  If they don't show up at all, open the EA App, select Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and see whether the packs are listed as owned and installed there.

World and content.

I am having this same issue.  I purchased and downloaded Royalty & Legacy Grand Bundle and when I click on the world it is telling me that I have to finish downloading the game.  It is also not showing up in CAS.

It was disabled from the Marketplace > My collections

Lau9311​  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether AA is listed there.  If it is, but it's deactivated, reenable it and restart your computer.

If AA is there but listed as not installed, please run a search for it on your computer.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP20 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

If AA isn't listed at all, please make sure it's still listed as owned in the EA App now that it's disappeared from your game.

I tried a new save and I still cannot see it 
The world is not even there anymore.  What should I do ?
