I have recent downloaded the Sims 4 on another PC i bought, I have all the packs and add-ons i own show in the EA app and have been downloaded, but when i open the game it doesnt show in the gameplay even though it's saying I own it, I've contacted support and have tried their suggestions but it's still having the same outcome. Any other suggestions?
Have you checked if the packis are deactivated in Marketplace?
