Solution!!! Go to the marketplace, then to My Collection (top left under the Sims 4 logo), then there's a pack selection button on the right.

i bought three expansion packs yesterday and the items and worlds are not showing up in my game. on steam and EA app they show as installed but when i load up the game, the worlds are greyed out and say they will be available when i install the packs and the items like hair and clothes aren't in CAS. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the packs as well as the entire base game and other packs i own but nothing. i have cleared cache, moved the license folder, done every little troubleshooting the 6 different support agents told me to do and now apparently this issue can not be fixed by agents so i was redirected to the forums. insane that EA support can't do anything about their own products. they even told me to contact steam who can not help with EA products.

Thank you for your help! I wish EA would say that when purchasing any packs to avoid more confusion.

you are a psycho for saying that you fixed a major problem but not how i seriously hate when people do this, i have all my packs missing but nobody wants to help ive spent a day trying to get this to work and have literally been brought to tears. you are wrong you have not fixed this, when i go to "activate them" as you say there is absolutely nothing to do so so please explain yourself

I'm having the exact same issue with Get Together. Is this a new glitch? It seems like a lot of people are dealing with this.

I'm having the exact same issue, I just bought two expansion packs and they are greyed out. When I click on the marketplace option, it shows all my owned add-ons and the two I just bought show "deactivated" in there.

I checked all of them and it hit confirm (it deactivates all of the add-ons) to deactivated all of them, then I checked on all of them again to reactivate them and now both new worlds I bought today are showing and able to be played on!

I bought two new expansion packs today after the update and when I initially went on to play in the new worlds, they were greyed out and showed "World not installed yet, go to download manager....." however, this may be a quick fix for that!!!!
