Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

Click on "Marketplace" on the main page and select "My Collection" then go to "Pack Selection" and you can click the white boxes to select the packs you want to activate if it says they are deactivated. Then click confirm

miphastrident​  B&H is an expansion pack, not a mod.  Are you having issues with some other mod not showing up or not being present in the game?

For B&H itself, open Marketplace > My Collection, click Pack Selection, and check the box on the pack icon.  Then restart your game.

Commenting just to say I’ve spoken with EA support about this multiple times. I also just bought a new pack and a pack I bought over 5 yrs ago now says deactivated along with the new pack I purchase. They said there’s not currently a solution but it’s apparently a global issue that they’re working on.

Have you been able to resolve this yet? I’m having the same problem. 

Hi people, I’ve just downloaded 3 expansions packs in one go, they were really fast at downloading which kinda made me a bit sus in the first place. I then load the sims4 up and my packs aren’t downloaded. When I go to manage my add-ons it says they’re installed. I’m so confused right now… help lol

I am currently having the exact same problem

I downloaded and installed get to work, get famous, and discover university, and the worlds that come with those are not letting me access them. I completely installed them restarted my game but when I log on and manage worlds, there is three worlds that will not let me access them. It just says World not installed when this pack has finished. Downloading restart The Sims 4 to install it. I have done all of that, but I'm still unable to play on those three worlds not sure what's going on. Need help fixing this.

Okay so during the update my sims didn't work because i have the WW mod but after they sent out another update it fixed it. yesterday 3/18/26 i bought the bundle and save deal off EA with Life or death, dine out, and my first pet. I have tried everything i restarted the game, the EA app, my computer, looked up stuff and deleted files that could cause glitching as well as checking the EA app to see if they actually downloaded, they did. i repaired it 20x I've full on logged out and back in 20x but still all 3 still say deactivated on the main game idk if its apart of the glitching in the game since the update but all my friends games seem to be running fine and mine does too except for my new stuff not working. this is genuinely making me so upset i just wanna play with my packs.
