I'm glad this isn't a permanent thing because it's been confusing for so many since they moved everything we owned to the Marketplace

When you click the game on and get to the start screen just go to the marketplace and click it. When there click "My Collection" and you'll see all the stuff you own. Anything deactivated will say it is and be grey. Go to "Pack Selection" and check the box of the one you want to activate. After you confirm it and it's done go back to your collection and it should now saw "Active" and be in green

Today, I attempted to download a sim I had made just a few weeks ago, and I was told I didn't own everything, so not everything would show. I haven't had this issue in a long time.

I had the same pop up, so I checked the provided info. It said in the info that I had all the packs installed for it.

My sims 4 Expansions packs keep saying they are deactivated. I just bought one of them very disappointed. Would greatly appreciate if it could be fixed soon. Thank you

hello,
i recently bought EP03, EP05, EP10, EP11. Have downloaded and installed them on EAapp. But when I try to access it in-game, it only detected I have bought the packs but have yet to install. Is there anything I can try to fix this error? Thank you!
Note: I'm using a MacOS, and have tried to run the Terminal. It's showing this

Hey HeatherD270,
It sounds like there might've been an issue with your install.
Please try the following steps to troubleshoot this:
- Quit EA App and make sure the EA background services are closed in Task Manager
- Delete the main folders for your packs in the install location (should be EP01, EP06, and EP08)
The packs should be located in the same folder as your base game. If they're located in a folders within Documents, then it isn't installed in the right location. - Open EA App and reinstall those packs one at a time. Wait until it says 'Installation complete' before moving on
- Start Sims 4 and check if the worlds are available
Let us know how it goes, thanks! - LeishaBates_18 days agoNew Spectator
Bought some packs and it says that it is downloaded but when in game it does not show up. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and done repair, but nothing seems to work.
gyocchan Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated. If they are, click Pack Selection and check the boxes for those packs, then restart your game.
