Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I bought a werewolf gamepack on March 18th and even finished downloading it. But when I run the game, it says I don't have a werewolf pack and it doesn't show any content related to the werewolf gamepack. Is this related to the error in the update this time? If anyone had a problem like me, I would love some help with how I solved it.😭 (I'm Using a translator)

l0calcrpytid​ i_juiceyourg​ Soup_649​  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your pack has been deactivated.  If so, click Pack Selection, check the box for that pack, and restart the game.

I need to know please why is my realm of magic expansion pack not working?? I paid for that with real money and now I cannot travel to Glimmer brooke it says “world not installed”  but I installed it and made sure to uninstall and install again and I repaired the game at least eight times (it also says I already own the game) and I’m still not able to travel to this world.
I have a MacBook Air and It wouldn’t let me get a refund on the website even though I only had this pack for 6 days, but because of the update I physically cannot use the perks of something I buy!? Please fix this I can’t be the only one with these problems

do u have by chance a tutorial on Mac too? we don`t have the %userprofile% thing or at least I`m not finding it

Me too :/ Strangerville says it’s downloaded but it won’t show up in CAS and i’ve followed what google says. 

Same is happening to me! I’m brand new and the first two packs I bought I’m having this issue. I want my money back. Is this from the update?
