Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I went into marketplace selected "select all" under "My Collection" and confirmed (what I confirmed do not know) and let my game run on a load screen until almost crashing. Let's see if this fixes it. No. It did not fix it, now only SOME of my packs are playable. Terrific.

All of my expansion packs are "Deactivated". When I go to select them, they are "Owned". When they are in the loading area for my forever save they are "Unowned". 

I'm mad. Fix it.

You have to select all of them to activate then. 

I purchased For Rent, Discover University, and Businesses and Hobbies, along with a few other smaller packs on March 25. After downloading everything, I loaded the game and went to view the new worlds. Unfortunately, all three of them were greyed out and stated they weren't available to play until the download finished. I've stopped and restarted the game, closed the EA platform and restarted it, turned the computer off and on again, and uninstalled and then re-downloaded them. Same problem. The only cheats I use are move objects and show hidden objects, all of which are disabled after I exit the game.

Has anyone add any issues with high school years downloading. I've downloaded it and the world does not populate, it tells it has downloaded yet and to restart the game. I've deleted it and redownload multiple time and repaired the game and it says the world isn't available

I can't see any other post other than this reply lol  I click on the pack and it just explains it thats all...I dont know what deactivated even means lol I purchased it and i have more than enough space on my PC...I don't know where the main thread is...haha I do not see instructions  : )
