Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I just purchased add on, it showed download and in library - but when i go to game - content is not showing and it says I have to purchase - I have cleared cache, restored app - log out /in several times.

I do not know what else to do?

I think this may have fixed my issue but the marketplace cannot connect to online features for me. I figured out you can select the packs without going online

Thanks so much - I will do in the future. I found the answer on another person's question - the add on wss deactivated so I ticked the box and she's all up and running. 

I bought Enchanted by Nature and it even though it is installed, wont load into the game. So I went through the recommended 'fixes'. Cache cleared, multiple times, restarted, multiple times, checked install folders, everything is correct, reinstalled, re-installed EA games AND Sims, more restarts. 

Now, instead of just Enchanted by Nature not working, NONE of my DLC is working.

No, I don't use mods. No, I don't use marketplace crap.

Base game loads fine! Just no DLC is working. If I click on worlds that are grayed out it'll tell me I own it! 

I have Steam, but it's installed on a different drive completely and doesn't interact with the EA game app. The respective apps don't interact; their games don't exist on the same drive, so that isn't an issue (steam is running normal).

Literally the only game I have with the EA app IS the sims. That's it. So in buying one new DLC all my DLC broke trying to fix it.

Yes I've repaired, I've repaired 10 times by now!

I have no idea what to do now.

Don't uninstall/reinstall any other of your working DLC. It sounds like the same thing that happened to me is happening to you and if you do what I did (full reinstalled) NONE of your DLC will work. Don't have a solution yet but... just a warning so you don't lose everything but the base game like I did.

I'm also having the same issue with an expansion pack I bought today.  I also bought a game pack and stuff pack but haven't got far enough in to see if they are having the same issue as the expansion pack.  My download/add-on manager says they are downloaded, I've restarted the game but when I try to access the new world, it's faded out and says it will be available after it's fully downloaded and restarted.  I've uninstalled, re-installed, restarted and it's still doing the same.  If I access my content through the marketplace it actually shows "deactivated" over the newly purchased expansion pack.  Stupid!

Matter solved, turns out they hid stuff in the marketplace. Such a bad design.

I just bought new pack Royalty & Legacy and I cant install it. I unistall and install game again and I dont have access to new pack :/world, clothes are not available

I'm having the exact same issue, none of my packs are showing up in game are are fully installed on EA. 

I just want to playyyyy😢

In Steam, and the EA app, they say the new packs are purchased, downloaded, and installed, but they aren't appearing in game. I've done everything, cleared all caches about 6 times, deleted and reinstalled the game at least 4 times, uninstalled all the packs and then put them back, removed all mods and cc, ran and reran the game more times than I can count, deleted and reinstalled the EA app. Nothing works.
