Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

Same here! this rlly needs to get fixed, i didn't pay 30 bucks to not be able to play the game !!

do u have by chance a tutorial on Mac too? we don`t have the %userprofile% thing or at least I`m not finding it

I need to know please why is my realm of magic expansion pack not working?? I paid for that with real money and now I cannot travel to Glimmer brooke it says “world not installed”  but I installed it and made sure to uninstall and install again and I repaired the game at least eight times (it also says I already own the game) and I’m still not able to travel to this world.
I have a MacBook Air and It wouldn’t let me get a refund on the website even though I only had this pack for 6 days, but because of the update I physically cannot use the perks of something I buy!? Please fix this I can’t be the only one with these problems

i have the same problem but I am on Mac

I bought a werewolf gamepack on March 18th and even finished downloading it. But when I run the game, it says I don't have a werewolf pack and it doesn't show any content related to the werewolf gamepack. Is this related to the error in the update this time? If anyone had a problem like me, I would love some help with how I solved it.😭 (I'm Using a translator)

I had bought a game pack lasting it says it downloaded in the ea but once i go to play it in the game it says download required but its already downloaded, i have uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working, i have done repairs nothing is seeming to work

I have triple checked and I have my packs installed but when I hover over the pack when I go to load it says I don't have it owned then when I go to see the required packs it says I do in fact own the pack and I can't access any of them I have tried many fixes including uninstalling and reinstalling everything, unlinking and relinking my steam account, restarting my pc and yet still nothing works.

I fixed myself. I deleted the electronic arts folder on my computer and ran the game. A new electronic arts folder was created and now it says I have a pack. I backed up and pasted all the mod folders and saved files.🙄
