mine says the pack selection can only be accessed in the main menu. but when i go to main menu its no where to be found.

Under "Pack Selection" you'll see boxes to check off. If they are deactivated you check them and click "Confirm" it will give a warning about deactivating but it will actually activate them. To see if they are activated after that check the pack selection again and see if the grey deactivate sign is gone

Why I can't play my installed Discover university it say's deactivated can this be fix

Here's the steps:
1. Go to "Marketplace"
2. Go to "My Collection"
3. Go to "Pack Selection"
4. Check the box of the pack you want to activate/deactivate and click "Confirm" - lmwagner102811 days agoNew Spectator

Solution!!! Go to the marketplace, then to My Collection (top left under the Sims 4 logo), then there's a pack selection button on the right.

I've purchased all expansion packs but one and even after removing all mods and cc I am unable to use any of the other worlds I have purchased. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and repaired and nothing is working to restore my worlds.

This same thing is happening to me with my most recent Game expansions, it’s very frustrating not even the cas items are showing up.

i bought three expansion packs yesterday and the items and worlds are not showing up in my game. on steam and EA app they show as installed but when i load up the game, the worlds are greyed out and say they will be available when i install the packs and the items like hair and clothes aren't in CAS. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the packs as well as the entire base game and other packs i own but nothing. i have cleared cache, moved the license folder, done every little troubleshooting the 6 different support agents told me to do and now apparently this issue can not be fixed by agents so i was redirected to the forums. insane that EA support can't do anything about their own products. they even told me to contact steam who can not help with EA products.
