[CD] Pet Dying without grave

My elderly dog passed away in my save but instead of any warning or having grim come and take him away my sims just got a call saying the dog passed away and I was left with no grave. Thought it was just because of another bug where all my sims came home from work/school when i traveled but reloaded my game without saving and it still happened.

Yes a grave was made and my pet did not disappear like it did previously. I also tested it with my mods again and grave was made as well so it seems it was most likely a glitch from either one of my mods or just from my game running for awhile. Thank you for helping me troubleshoot it!

Could you please provide the following information

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?

Hi! I tested it without my mods in a new save after the update today and I did get a visit from the grim reaper. I am playing on mac
