I’m a Korean player using a translator, so please bear with me.
Last fall, I encountered the "black photo bug" in my 8-generation legacy save file. I haven’t been able to play properly since then. After hearing that this bug was finally fixed, I came back to the game for the first time in months. However, the very first family photo I took was broken again.
How am I supposed to play this game? I don’t use any mods and I own almost every pack. Honestly, I want a refund for everything if possible. Why is a game that I rightfully purchased not functioning correctly?
