I'm still having this issue after Tuesday's update. I think it actually made it worse, even when I loaded into an old save, and repairing the game doesn't work. Photos that were fine before have now been blacked out. I loaded in a newer save, and things seemed to be fine at first. I play rotationally, so when I was playing a household with normal photos, I used manage worlds to change families, then when I came back to that family, the photos that were fine before were now blacked out.
