Hi, In response to a request;
* What platform are you playing on: Windows11 EA app.
* If you are on PC: Are you using DX9 or DX11: DX11.
* If you are on PC: Are you using Memory boost: Disabled (Automatic).
* If you are on PC/Mac: Are you a mod user usually ?: Never use.
* Does it happen on new saves too ?: If it mean that is 'new save' is starting flesh new folder with new Sim, I don't yet test.
* Does it happen on existing saves for new photos ?: Yes.
* How did you take the photos (Camera, Phone, Photo Booth, ...): By camera.
* What quality are your photos ? Does this matter ?: In my case, photo's quality doesn't matter.
* Where do you display your photos ? Electronic Frames ? Wall ? Inventory ?: On the house wall. Photos in household inventory and personal inventory are not effected.
* If not all photos turn black, do you see any pattern ?: To be honest, this is the first time this issue has happened, and I've only tested it once after the January update, so it's hard to tell if there's any pattern to it.
In addition, I don't own any of the EPs, GPs, SPs, released after Lovestruck, and HSY EP.
