I have never had issues with my photos until this latest patch (Jan 2026), suddenly my Sims graduation photo has gone blank after loading into the household. Unless I waste time making her go through the whole process of university again, the photo is permanently gone. It doesn’t even save into the screenshots folder so I can’t add it myself as cc. I see the team have identified the issue and I have to say that it is completely unacceptable to wait until February for this important fix to be implemented. It should be done as a matter of urgency, not just when you need to patch the game in preparation for the next paid content. Considering you have made this issue worse through your own doing, making us wait a month for yet another fix (thats 50/50 if it will even work) is not good enough.
Edit to add: just noticed that a celebrity autograph photo in this save has gone black too, it has affected every type of photo I have on the lot. this is beyond frustrating.
