I am gutted about this bug, I didn't have it before the update, logged on and yep its all **bleep**. I've recovered my save to when the game update as I couldn't go an earlier for some reason.
I am so bummed out as I have been playing the save since 2017! Hope if they manage to fix it they can restore the photos, especially the ones of my deceased Sims. My game has managed to survive moving 3 different laptops but EA does a "bug fix" and **bleep** it.
I have a save backed up but I have loads of new families this back up. I really need to remember to do saves before the game updates!
