After new pack, B&H my regular plants don't produce harvestables. Out and indoor - sometimes only need is bug spray. It does accure both in planters and on ground.

My testing on this, with no mods or CC, on PC, with all packs:
- It doesn't happen in a save made after the patch
- It does happen in an older save, beginning when the season changes
- It doesn't happen to garlic, wolfsbane, meat, crystals, or emotionberries. (I have a save with a lot with all the plants for testing my gardening mod.)
