After new pack, B&H my regular plants don't produce harvestables. Out and indoor - sometimes only need is bug spray. It does accure both in planters and on ground.

Just adding my two cents here as well.
I noticed my plants stopped producing any harvest. Also, I enchanted a money tree and it remains at enchanted for 2 days no matter how many in-game days have actually passed.
In the past I have played with mods, but I've removed them quite a while ago. This particular sim and world are newly created a week or so a go long after I removed the mods.
