Playing Emotionally on the Piano is no longer possible

As mentioned in the archived bug report, this bug was introduced when the team fixed an issue with portable keyboards that allowed Sims to perform the "Play with Emotion" interaction when they were broken. To fix this issue, they added a new test that checks if the object is broken or on fire to the "Play with Emotion" interaction (Tuning ID: 161870). However, they forgot that the interaction is the same for both pianos and portable keyboards and that pianos don't break. As a result, the interaction is grayed out on pianos. 
In theory, this bug is easy to fix. All they need to do is add a new test to the "testSetInstance_PortableKeyboard_BurntBroken" testSet (Tuning ID: 151950) to ensure that the "is object broken?" test mentioned above only applies to portable keyboards.
