I don't know why they marge two separate problem - error 800/801 and default lots on background.
I download lots from gallery and i don't have this error but i have problem with default lots.
Now i put night club in SM and default lots appear - awsome!

I am also having this issue with the same save. First it was error 800 then 801. And I am having the issues with the lots in Willow Creek. The default lots appear when you're at the lot and you see the default next door. I temporarily fixed it when I removed the entire Sims 4 folder to the desktop and moved my saves over and then it started happening again when I put a lot down. The error 800 happened when I downloaded lots from the gallery and the error 801 happened when I downloaded Sims from the gallery. I was able to fix only 1 save from the error 800 but it happened again later in the save. I had deleted items from a lot from the gallery. I wish there was a way to pinpoint what exactly causes the corruption.
