Hi all,
I've got a number of issues that I think maybe in relation to this bug:
- Lots reverting to default (this includes defaults of Gallery placed builds). This is happening for me on 64x64 residential lot in Del Sol Valley. Weirdly only when I switch to Build Mode either from Live Mode or Manage Worlds when loading the save for the first time. This doesn't happen again with any future Build Mode switches. 40x30 & smaller are fine. Though I'm yet to test other larger builds to avoid triggering any corruption.
- Switching lot type to Residental & Residental Rental - place build option is greyed out. This I've temporarily fixed by exiting to Manage Worlds & trying again a couple of times before it works. Sometimes it doesn't.
- Exclamation issues mentioned above despite having all required items.
I can definitely say I've had more crashes & game freezing since buying For Rent, but I've also bought other packs since too. More than happy to share my Save File if Maxis need it.
I've backed up my saves but I'm wary of loading the game over fear I could lose any save I load. This needs an urgent fix. No game should have save files corrupting themselves.
