I think I managed to fix it, I don't know if temporarily or permanently, I uninstalled the sims 4, saving the saves folder, then I reinstalled the game with all the packs I had except the rental one, I reinstalled my saves folder and when I went in to play it told me that I was missing a pack and the information related to that pack would be deleted if I decided to play with that save, I went to play and in my case It was the houses in Willow Creek that disappeared, I entered one and although the lot was still empty I put in a new house and when I restarted the whole game and entered again the house remained.
