Can’t save my game. When I switch to needs etc game sends me to load screen. Cursor disappears so I can’t even scroll or play when the save option works which is like 10% of the time. Spent sooo much money on this game and being unable to play is disappointing. Please fix soon!!!!

I am experiencing a persistent bug in The Sims 4 on PlayStation 4 where the cursor/pointer is completely invisible. This issue occurs in both Live Mode and CAS, and even when creating a new family or household.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Despite these attempts, the pointer remains invisible, making the game unplayable.
Please advise if there is a known fix, patch, or further steps I can take to resolve this issue.

This game is unplayable the cursor is completely gone it worked for like 30 mins to a hour I fell asleep and then the cursor was gone
Also this after the new update never had this problem I’m on ps5 I’ve uninstalled the game , restarted my ps5 and everything
My cursor has disappeared. I have tried the first person in and out trick and still not back. Restarted the game multiple times, switched households, switched to different saved files. It’s gone. I’m playing on Xbox One
I’ve currently been having trouble with my cursor not showing up when I am playing the game this is both apparent in live mode and build mode. This happened the day before the new update and is impacting my game play. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to playing my new legacy challenge, please fix this. I play on console as well.
