I keep having bugs where the ranch hand is not doing any work, so much so that my animals are threatening to leave because they aren’t taken care of. The ranch hand also often goes in the pool so I had to create a fence around the pool to keep them out. They also do not leave for the day when their shift is over.
Also, If I fire the ranch hand, and then try to hire them again, the same one comes back. I have found I can add to family and then remove from family and then a new one comes but then the next time I play my game, it is back to the original ranch hand. I wish the ranch hand would stay as the same person you last hired.

I am running a ranch at the moment in my save file and hired a ranch-hand - the only thing they are supposed to do is look after the animals - I don't want them gardening or repairing things. Yet they will not clean the chicken coop. I have to get one of the active sims to clean the chicken coop, I have not caught the ranch hand cleaning the chicken coop at all, not once since I hired them. I've also had the notice that chickens are not being looked after and will run away but I presume it's to do with the dirty chicken coop so I have to get my sim to clean it to make them happy. It's quite frustrating as I am not sure why the ranch-hand will not clean the coop.
