Weather effects still occurring indoors after 2 months.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
- Disabled all Mods & CC
- Re-installed game
- Repaired Game
- Cleared EA App Cache
- Disabled For Rent Expansion Pack
- Loaded a back-up save from over a year ago
- Deleted localthumbnail.cache
- Installed on a secondary computer
I disabled online features a year ago as it helps the cinematic camera be smoother in it's movements, but can't do machinima recording till this bug is fixed.
