I do not have ravenwood nor life and death, I did not know that weather effects were not included in the packs?!?! How can that be?? I thought weather was to affect all packs?!?! I just learned something new!!! I would have thought the pack was broke! ummm Wait... there were issues with them... both of them and none involved weather! ROFLOL And those reported issues are why I never paid to play the packs. Edit: I just looked and Ravenwood is Life and Death! LOL
This was by design apparently, it's always autumn there ( on the edge of life and death). Also because of the fog everywhere made it difficult to combine with snow I think. I have a mod for it now but it's so so really.
