This has started happening in my game too (Xbox Series X). Definitely not an error in the builds as it’s happening in all of them, including ones which were fine last time I played (a few months ago). It’s since installing Life or Death or Businesses and Hobbies.
Exactly.. 💯 NOT a build issue.

If this is indeed not a build issue causing the rain, then this is a new issue and does not belong here. I cannot cover up the grey line on any of my homes, none of the grey colors for walls, floors, and ceilings that are available in the game are the same color of the grey line that shows all the way around the home. Only 2 roof trims will cover the grey line in my attachments.
What you're talking about may be a whole other issue as well. It's not a build issue, because even EA's own builds are effected by this, with rain and snow inside. It's some sort of visual glitch.
