[S] Weather Effects Occurring Inside Structures

It's still raining and snowing inside, in every house, every save, even the new one, with or without mods. Just enter the game, wait until the rain starts and here we go. 

Even though it's just visual effect it's still very annoying. My eyes get tired quickly, my screenshots are a mess and even the mood is ruined, I can't play a cosy winter evening at home when there are snowflakes in the room.
