[S] Weather Effects Occurring Inside Structures

Happens all the time in my saves. I've turned off weather and left it off. Doesn't matter what house, what neighborhood or if the view of the walls is all the way up or down. There's no way to mitigate it other than to turn it off entirely. I checked several times to make sure my buildings were fully built (if they were missing a piece of ceiling). It happens on multiple story buildings too. It's like ceilings and roofs got tagged to let weather go through them.
