Just putting this here. 2 months ago I stopped by to vote on this issue. I had started a new save and it was at the time only effecting that save. I stopped playing the game and opened it up today to play a different pre-existing save that wasn't effected before and now it is. I found this thread again cause I was googling a fix 2 months later. I did not expect it to still be a thing.
