Weather is evidently not being restricted to outside. While no puddles or snow drifts are accumulating indoors, there's is still rainfall and snowfall on each of the properties no matter where the Sims go. I've already downloaded updates and repaired the game. Still happens and it's downright annoying.
I am also seeing this issue. There will be a thunderstorm, and I zoom into the building, so I don't have the rain "dashes" all over the screen and it is still there. For mine at least, it doesn't affect gameplay but is visually distracting.
