For people with 800/801 bug:
Try delete lot by Sims4Studio. Only if this lot is empty - without sims!
It's help for me (on tested save from willfa13 ) and I hope it will helps your game!

Unfortunately the bug will still be there. The corrupted core coding will render that lot useless. Willow Creek is usually the first World to get corrupted.
I find this to be true in my case. I keep losing progress with my families and now I'm just disgusted with this game.
I'm honestly thinking about purchasing InZoi since I have wasted soooo much money on this game and it's now pretty much unplayable. I have every pack, kit, etc. And I'd like to be able to play it. This issue needs to be fixed!!!!!!!
What if it's a different creator that caused the corruption? How do we find the corrupted lot?
The corruption doesn't seem specific to creators. If a lot is already giving you errors, you only need the name of the lot to find it using the tutorial.

My favorite part about the Sims is how dedicated it is to teaching it's users new skills. I never would have seen myself creating custom content, using S4S, or doing anything this in depth if it weren't for the last year or two of releases. It's really fascinating how EA is employing the Ikea method - release all the pieces, but leave it up to the users to make it work! As someone with a nearly 10 generation, long-life-span legacy, it's really given me a fun hobby to participate in on the side!

This is what I did and it was helpful in undoing the corruption. The problem is that you have to keep doing this and make sure you are mindful of what you're adding to your game.
pessyl92 I am on xbox next gen and I cant even enter the lot on willow creek to delete the build, I even tried to build an empty lot over it from the map still it comes up error.
I am so sorry to hear this. I also had this problem a long time ago and for me, this occurred when I was playing in a corrupted save file. I play the game on a windows 11 PC but I would experience the same problem whenever I tried to delete a lot and it would not delete once the save file was corrupted beyond repair. If I caught save corruption early enough, I could delete lots and actually recover the save file but once it had spread to too many lots, I would encounter the “not being able to replace or delete lot problems”. The only option that I found that worked for me to fix this was to go back to a save file before the corruption started or where it had started but had not spread to too many lots and then delete or replace builds and lots.
